These are the terms you agree to when you create a Partnero AI account. They are written to be read, not skimmed: short, plain, and honest about what the app is and is not.

Who you are dealing with

Partnero AI is operated by Ivanna Kozak (Lysyshak), an individual based in Portugal ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms: [email protected].

What Partnero AI is

Partnero AI is a journal and an AI coach for people who want to understand their feelings and take care of their relationship. You log how your day went, talk to an AI coach, generate short personal courses, and, if you choose, connect with your partner so the two of you can see each other's daily state.

What Partnero AI is not

The coach is an AI. It is not a therapist, counsellor, doctor or any kind of licensed professional, and it is not a substitute for one. Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment. Its suggestions are general support based on what you tell it; you decide what to do with them, and you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Partnero AI is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create an account. We may close accounts that belong to anyone younger.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility until you tell us it was compromised.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people or impersonate anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account & data. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What you write

Everything you write in the app stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it. We need your permission to store, encrypt, process and display it back to you, and to send the relevant parts to our AI provider to generate replies, and you give us that permission by using the app. That is the only licence you grant us, and it ends when you delete the content or your account. How we protect it, and what Google receives, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Connecting with a partner

When you connect accounts, your partner sees your daily rating and the emotions you picked, your wishes, and any note your coach sends to their coach after you approve it. They never see your check-in notes or your coach conversations. Either of you can disconnect at any time, and sharing stops from that moment. Please only connect with someone who has agreed to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Partnero AI to harm, harass or deceive anyone, including your partner; to upload anything illegal; to try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or to extract the AI's outputs at scale. We may suspend or close an account that does any of this.

Subscriptions and payment

• Partnero AI has a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The current prices and what each tier includes are shown in the app before you buy.
• Purchases are made through Apple's App Store (or Google Play on Android) and are governed by their terms. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them directly.
• If your subscription ends, you keep your account and can still read your journal. Only the Pro features stop.

Availability and changes

We are a small team and the app is young. We will do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the coach's suggestions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights in your country.

Ending things

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may close your account if you break these terms, with notice where the law requires it. Deletion of your data works as described in the Privacy Policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Before anything formal, write to us. We would much rather fix the problem.
